CBK Summer Programs 2013
CBK Summer continues with CBK GLOW through June 22nd at the Colorado School of Mines! Roommate assignments for Luminary and SHINE will go out by email at least one week prior to each program.
Check-out for GLOW will be held at Morgan Hall from 8:00-10:30am on June 22nd. We ask that you please arrive during this window, as staff will not be available to assist you at another time. Exit Interviews have been scheduled for all participants and email reminders will go out about this important family/instructor visit during the last week of the program. Students with early arrival exit interviews will meet their families in the Morgan Hall lobby, but we cannot open the residence hall for check-out until after 8am. After 8am, students will meet their families at their residence hall rooms to walk to exit interviews. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes early to walk over.
For immediate questions and emergencies, please contact the Residential Director at the number given to you at Opening Ceremony. Messages left on the main line will be responded to within 24-48 hours, as we are currently with students and staff.
Please note, the packing list and all other arrival information are available in the Welcome Packet that was sent to you with your course assignment. The campus map was alos included with that email. Roommate assignments and Residential Assistant names are sent in a separate email. We can't wait to see you this summer!
