2012 SUMMER PROGRAMS Applications and Forms
Returning Student Application 2012 [p25-26] (submit with application fee and 50% tuition deposit only)
New Student Application [p27-29] and Essay 2012 [p30](submit all 4 pages with application fee, 50% tuition deposit, talent search score report or portfolio application and required documents, and 2 letters of recommendation (see form below)
Portfolio Application and Letter of Recommendation Forms [p31-36] - required if you do not have talent search test score report less than two years old (September, 2010) - letters of recommendation are required for all NEW students
Financial Aid and Merit Application [p37-38] - optional for any form of application (Returning, New with Talent Search Scores, or New with Portfolio) for families with significant financial need or students with significant merit among like peers - due RECEIPT by April 30th
